• Each member may claim a promotional offer only once.

3xx3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. In the case of permanent closure, the Member will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

• When clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, during the period of investigation.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When self-exclusion is activated at the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any pending bonuses will be cancelled, but the real balance will be returned.

3xx3 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not financial hardship. That's why the Platform provides responsible gaming tools and features for all members.

• If account credentials are compromised due to the Member's own negligence.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• If the Platform is unavailable due to unscheduled server maintenance.
• When services must be suspended due to a government directive.

3xx3's total liability shall not exceed the amount of real money held in the member's account at any given time.

3xx3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be published on the platform.
• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
